so what is shyness?it is a straightforward idea yet in the event that any one is confused  than I will clear it in this blog and share few  best way to defeat shyness,so lets begin..

shyness implies, needs to talk or do however have wavering in conversing with others. they don't feel anything in talking in a vacant room however are shy of talking in broad audience. some are shy in front crowd some are shy in conversing with a young lady and some are shy in each situation .so what it implies that shyness is a fear of audience,of being ridiculed. they have a fear that let individuals not mock me. people don't born with shyness right so it have a solution and here we get started with the solution..

NEVER SAY THAT YOU ARE SHY 

most of the people who are of shy nature, they declare it to every one. they do it so that they can avoid public speaking, avoid participation in some function and most of all to get  rid of the pressure others give them to perform a task which they are shy of . and if you are one of them than you should know that whenever you declare it to anyone than you are making the other person more powerful , you are giving them more authority' making them overpower and also you are declaring that you are are a loser which is definitely a lie. so what you should do is turn your shyness in to confidence.  and for that you need to stop avowing about your shyness and if you need more tips to be confident i have of a blog on topic be super confident .

DON'T BE AFRAID OF REJECTIONS

have you ever noticed that every one's taste is different like some one like ADIDAS but some prefer NIKE. and in same way some thinks Hitler was great but again some says that he was not  eligible for the post he was in, there are many examples like this but we can get a common knowledge that there is someone who rejects something but again there are other people who accept that particular thing. so even if you get rejected than you should always remember that there is someone else who will accept me. so if you get used to rejection and get the knowledge that someone or the other will reject me that you can instantly get rid of shyness.
